Royals over Tigers-I sort of hate myself after 'passing' with this one yesterday as the Royals posted a victory and now I'm coming with them against Detroit's bright young emerging star in Casey Mize (5-5, 3.44 ERA) the No. 1 overall pick by the Tigers in 2018. Detroit had their 7-game win streak stopped last night and with 47 wins have surprised the experts and are just five games under the break-even mark. Mize will most likely be limited to 60 pitches and his mound opponent Carlos Hernandez (1-1, 4.91) and he is 0-1 with an ERA of 5.79 in two chances against the Tigers. The third time is a charm...take KANSAS CITY!
