Dunn has no command. Harvey hasn't been a good pitcher in the last six years. He has a 5.59 ERA so far this season. Dunn has a 5.73 ERA. He walked eight White Sox batters in 4 2/3 innings during his last start. This was a carryover from spring training where Dunn had a 5.73 ERA with nine walks in 11 innings.
Both bullpens combined to work 12 2/3 innings during Tuesday's double-header with the best relievers seeing action.
Seattle and Baltimore each rank in the top-12 in runs per game.
Camden Yards is one of the best hitting parks in the majors. The weather forecast is for overcast conditions and a slight wind blowing out to left field.
