Penn State is way ahead of Indiana heading into this season in that regard. As I have noted in other write-ups, I feel being ahead offensively is a key early in the season as the teams that can execute well on offense are going to be the keys to wins and losses early in the season. Some teams won't be able to get out of their own way when they have the ball. I am NOT saying that is Indiana as the Hoosiers are a decent football team for sure. However, I have them as the 5th best team in the Big Ten East while the Nittany Lions are right behind Ohio State in my opinion for the top spot.
