Regardless of starting pitching this is a play on the Phillies to bounce back off yesterday's 4-1 loss. Philadelphia is 3-1 last 4 times when off a home loss. The Braves are 0-3 last 3 times they entered a game on a winning streak of 2 or more games. As for the pitchers, Anderson continues to struggle for the Braves and has allowed at least 4 runs in 5 of last 7 starts. Also, he keeps getting hit at a higher batting average month by month as April to May to June the averages keep getting uglier. Conversely, Nola has been throwing extremely well for the Phillies and he is known for pitching particularly well at home where he has compiled a fantastic won-loss record through the years.
