The Los Angeles Chargers take on the Dallas Cowboys in week 2 NFL action.
The Cowboys duffered a tough loss to the Buccaneers in their opener. Dak Prescott threw for 403 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in the loss. Amari Cooper and CeeDee Lamb combined for 243 receiving yards and three touchdowns against the Buccaneers. They couldn't do much on the ground as Ezekiel Elliott rushed for 33 yards on 11 carries and the team had just 60 overall. On the defensive side, the defensive side, they gave up 31 points and 431 yards.
The Los Angeles Chargers look for their first 2-0 start since the 2012 NFL season after last week's win over the Washington Football Team. Justin Herbert threw for 337 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the win. The rushing attack put up 90 yards with Austin Ekeler rushing for 57 yards and one touchdown. On the defensive side, they gave up 16 points and 259 yards.
The Cowboys are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 road games and 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Chargers are 16-36-1 ATS in their last 53 home games and 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games overall.
Dak looked like he was back against the Buccaneers. They will need to get their rushing attack joining and I think they will against this Chargers defense. I am not sold on Carson Wentz as the Colts Quarterback. Look for Dallas to win a close game against the Chargers,
