Steelers (+) over Bears- Oh how the mighty have fallen. The Pittsburgh Steelers at 0-2 have shown very little offense in any of their games this season including the preseason (0-4) where they looked just as dreadful. Chicago has managed to squeeze out two narrow victories and have yet to get the money. Talking about point spread failures Pittsburgh is 0-6 in 2013 (including preseason) and they have only one point spread win in their last 10 outings.
