As Jets coach Todd Bowles said "We need to work some things out as we have a long way to go and you hope no one gets injured." New York will play their starters just a series or two before turning play over quarterbacks to Geno Smith, Bryce Petty and Christian Hackenberg. "We just want to see who knows their assignment and decipher who can play and who can't." Jacksonville's quarterback Blake Bortles (35 TD's and 18 Int's) insists that the Jaguars get off to a quick start including "these preseason games...We expect to come out of this game with a win."
