Drew Pomeranz: He's 6-4 with a 4.02 ERA. Pomeranz most recently allowed two runs off six hits and two walks over five innings in a win over New York on Tuesday, also going on to strike out seven. Pomeranz has posted a tiny 2.04 ERA over his last four starts to go along with an impressive 32:5 K:BB and a 3-0 record spanning 22 frames of work.
The bottom line: These two pitchers are moving in opposite directions.
