Good spot for an under when the St. Louis Cardinals visit the Philadelphia Phillies Friday night.
Philly right-hander Zach Eflin (0-0, 3.46 ERA) was excellent in his lone home start of the season so far, limiting Atlanta to one run on four hits with eight ks through seven innings of a 2-1 Phillies win.
Cardinals right-hander Carlos Martinez (0-2, 6.30 ERA) has had two rough outings, but here he'll face a Philadelphia team that averages only 3.73 runs per game (28th).
Neither bullpen is spectacular, but not awful either. I expect a low-scoring game.
