Miami is 12-3 in its last 15 overall, but it's still just 16-16 on the road. The Mariners are 31-33 overall and in need of some victories. Seattle though is 17-15 at home so far. Miami is getting too much respect here though, and we expect its momentum to finally slow down here in the Pacific Northwest. The Fish hand the ball to Jesus Luzardo, who is 5-4 with a 3.79 ERA, while the home side counters with Bryce Miller, who is 3-3 with a 4.46 ERA. Miller's been hit hard his last two starts, but we expect him to settle down here at home. Look for Luzardo and the Marlins to take a step back here in this opening game, and perhaps in this series as well. Either way, the play is SEATTLE.
